1. Create your account

From the home page, click Start finding contracts. You'll be asked for your first name, last name, phone number, and email — this goes straight to our team so we can set you up. After that you'll land on the sign-up page.

Use your email and a password to create the account. With email auto-confirm on, you'll be dropped straight into your dashboard — no waiting on a confirmation email. Already have an account? Use the Sign in tab.

2. Set up your carrier profile

Open Profile from the top nav. This is where you tell the system what you run so it can match you to the right contracts:

  • Preferred equipment — pick every trailer/van type you operate: sprinter van, box truck, cargo van, hot shot, dry van, refrigerated, flatbed, step deck, low boy.
  • Operating states — the states you're licensed and willing to run in. The contracts feed and your matches filter to these.
  • Carrier details — DOT/MC numbers, fleet size, and contact info.
  • Email alerts opt-in — turn this on and set your alert email to get notified the minute a new matching route drops.
  • CRM integration — if you use a CRM, paste your location ID and API key here so matched contracts push straight into your pipeline.

3. Find contracts

Open Contracts from the nav. This is the live feed of government freight solicitations pulled from SAM.gov (federal), all 50 state procurement portals, and local municipal & county bid sites. Use the filters at the top:

  • Equipment type — check the boxes for the trailers/vans you run.
  • State — toggle the state-by-state coverage badges to filter exclusively to your operating states.
  • Keyword, NAICS, pay rate, mileage — narrow by lane, agency, or rate.
  • Trucking specs — liftgate, GVWR, local daily routing, CDL, and 53ft trailer types are parsed automatically from the RFP text.

Each card shows the equipment type, pickup → drop-off lane, mileage, pay rate, and the freight specs translated from the solicitation.

4. Read a contract & route map

Click any contract to open its detail page. There you'll find:

  • Full solicitation summary — agency, due date, NAICS, source (federal / state / municipal), and a link back to the original posting.
  • Route map — pickup (P) and drop-off (D) pins connected by a line, so you can see the lane at a glance.
  • Freight specs — the trucking requirements parsed from the RFP (liftgate, GVWR, local routing, CDL, trailer type).
  • Track button — bookmark this contract to pursue it.

5. Save searches & get alerts

Don't keep searching manually. On the Searches page, save any combination of filters as a saved search — for example "Hot shot, TX & OK, liftgate, $2+/mi." The system then:

  • Shows a "New matches for this search" preview on each saved search — the exact contracts that would alert you.
  • Generates an alert the moment a new contract matching your saved search lands in the feed.
  • Pushes those alerts to your Notifications page and (if you opted in) to your email and CRM.

6. Track contracts you're pursuing

Hit Track on any contract to add it to your Trackedlist. Use it as your shortlist of bids you're actively working — keep notes on each and watch them move from open to awarded.

7. Auto-drafted proposals (we complete the bids for you)

The biggest pain with government freight is writing a compliant bid. On each contract detail page you can generate an auto-drafted proposal — a compliant, professional draft tailored to your fleet size and equipment, built from the scraped RFP data. Review it, adjust the specifics, and submit. You're not starting from a blank page.

8. CRM & email alerts

So you never miss a route, the system pushes matches out two ways:

  • CRM push — add your CRM location ID and API key on your profile. Every feed refresh pushes your new matches straight into your CRM pipeline as a sub-account. Use Send test push on the dashboard to verify it before live matches land.
  • Email alerts — opt in on your profile and set your alert email. You'll get a digest the minute a new route in your area matches a saved search.

9. Pricing & what you get

Two plans, both with federal contracts and bid completion included:

Starter

$1,497 setup + $297/mo

  • Federal contracts (SAM.gov)
  • 1 state portal of your choice

Everything

Most popular

  • Priority support

We talk first — click Book a setup call on the pricing section, and we'll send you a direct payment link after the call.

10. Tips for winning bids

  • Set your operating states and equipment on your profile first — it sharpens every match and alert.
  • Save a search per lane you run (e.g. one for hot shot TX→AR, one for cargo van local Houston). More saved searches = more alerts.
  • Track contracts early and use the auto-drafted proposal as your starting point — compliance is where most carriers get disqualified.
  • Wire your CRM and turn on email alerts so matches come to you instead of you checking the feed.

For admins

Admin accounts see extra dashboard tools: Refresh feed (pulls SAM.gov and every state portal on demand), the CRM match push panel, the carrier email alerts status, and the scheduled auto-refresh card showing the 6-hour cron wiring. Carriers see a clean dashboard with no admin actions.
